General field display using a bimetal thermometer or pressure thermometer; when there is a remote transmission function requirements or digital display, should use thermocouple and thermal resistance thermometer sensor. Install a thermometer for the secondary instrument and display control device.
When the installation environment vibration level exceeds V.H.3, pressure thermometers, thermocouples and RTD temperature sensors should be used.
When the measured medium is a corrosive medium, the bimetal thermometer cases shall be provided with a protective sleeve, and the sleeve is made of a corrosion-resistant material adapted to the measured medium.
When the system has automatic temperature control requirements, electrical contact thermometers and thermal resistance thermometers and thermocouple temperature sensors should be used.
The accuracy level of the thermometer should be chosen according to the test accuracy requirements. The maximum range of the thermometer should be determined based on the normal temperature of the measured medium. It is generally 3-4 times of the measured medium, and the maximum pulse temperature of the measured medium should not exceed the maximum range of the thermometer.
