The pressure gauge is selected according to the use environment and the nature of the measuring medium
1 In the harsh environment such as strong atmospheric corrosion, more dust and easy to spray liquids, choose the appropriate shell material and protection level according to the environmental conditions.
2 Measurement of general media
(1) When the pressure is between 40kPa-0 to 40kPa, a bellows pressure gaugeBrass Assembling movement of Precision Pressure Gauge should be used.
(2) When the pressure is above +40kPa, spring tube pressure gauge or bellows pressure gauge is generally used.
(3) When the pressure is 100kPa-0-+ 2400kPa, a pressure vacuum gauge should be used.
(4) When the pressure is between 100kPa and OkPa, a spring tube vacuum gauge should be used.
3 For dilute nitric acid, acetic acid and other general corrosive media, acid-resistant pressure gauges or stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges should be used.
4 For dilute hydrochloric acid, hydrochloric acid gas, heavy oil and similar media that are highly corrosive, contain solid particles, viscous liquid, etc., diaphragm pressure gauge or diaphragm pressure gauge should be used. The material of the diaphragm and diaphragm must be selected according to the characteristics of the measuring medium.
5 For media such as crystallization, scarring and high viscosity, flange diaphragm pressure gauges should be used.
6 In occasions with strong mechanical vibration, vibration-resistant pressure gauges or marine pressure gauges should be used.
7 In flammable and explosive situations, if electrical contact signals are required, explosion-proof pressure controllers or explosion-proof electrical contact pressure gauges should be used.
8 For pressure gauges that measure high and medium pressure or highly corrosive media, pressure gauges with overpressure relief facilities on the shell should be selected.
Selection of pressure gauge accuracy level
1 For general measurement pressure gauges, diaphragm pressure gauges and diaphragm pressure gauges, level 1.6 or 2.5. should be selected.
2 The pressure gauge for precision measurement should be 0.4, 0.25 or 0.16.
